We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods:

• Are faulty or defective

• Are not as described

• Are not of acceptable quality

Claims

To submit a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Description of issue

• Clear photos

Claims without sufficient evidence may be declined.

Print Variations

Slight variations in colour and print placement are not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

If your item is lost or damaged, contact us and we will assist.
