This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Thread Bound & Feather.

1. Order Processing

All products are made to order using print-on-demand (POD) services.

All items are made to order. Please allow additional time for production before shipping.

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping

  • Processing times may vary depending on demand and product type

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has commenced.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on location and external factors.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

 

4. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.

We will work with our fulfilment partners and shipping carriers to investigate.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

 

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

8. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders:

  • You may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law, enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
