• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has commenced

5. Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Production timelines

• Shipping carriers

• Customs or international transit

Risk in goods passes upon dispatch.

 

6. Consumer Guarantees

We comply with Australian Consumer Law, enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

• No returns for change of mind

• No refunds for incorrect size selection

You are entitled to a remedy if goods:

• Are faulty or defective

• Are not as described

• Are not of acceptable quality

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

 

8. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled by third-party providers.

You acknowledge:

• Products are manufactured externally

• Minor variations are not defects

• Delays may occur outside our control

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by or licensed to Thread Bound & Feather.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
